Exhibitors may need to store their exhibits and materials before and after the event. This requires secure and suitable storage facilities to protect the items from damage or theft. Efficient inventory management is also essential to keep track of all the items and ensure they are readily available when needed. How is the process carried out on site?

Installation and dismantling are critical stages of exhibition logistics. Exhibitors need to set up their booths or stands in a timely and professional manner. This involves arranging the exhibits, installing lighting and audiovisual equipment, and creating an attractive and functional display. Similarly, after the exhibition, everything needs to be carefully dismantled, packed, and transported back to the respective locations. We also provide this service. We can manage this process and ensure that everything runs smoothly on site.

Please follow the below mentioned aspects to ensure a smooth procedure

Our calculation process involves individually tailoring offers, taking into account geographical, political, and economic factors. To receive a personalized offer, kindly furnish the following details: addresses for both collection and return delivery, the quantity of packages, the total weight and dimensions of all packages, a description of the goods, and the declared value of the cargo.

Contact us at least 14 days before dispatch to ensure smooth operations. Consider sea freight (20-60 days), road freight (7-14 days), and air freight (5-8 days) transit times.

Avoid using express courier services for exhibition cargo dispatch.

Documentation consists of two components. A proforma invoice is required for export/import documentation and serves both temporary and permanent imports. Carnet ATA is exclusively necessary for the temporary import of goods into foreign countries. Prior to shipping, all documents must undergo verification by the forwarder. The shipped cargo must strictly adhere to the specifications outlined in the documents.

The packaging must be fit to protect and secure your cargo. In the time between collection and return the cargo is handled in several transportation steps including loading/ unloading procedures and on-site handling. Thus, stable and re-closable crates are recommended. The suspension point and the point of gravity must be marked on heavy packages and on packages with excess dimensions.
